chalkboard quote...

I have this big chalkboard in my house, and have used it for special occasions or an occasional little art...
but thought that hey, I should write a quote or inspirational saying to inspire me for the week.  So here is my first one...

I love that quote...what a great idea to have a black board that you can add inspirational words or pictures when you like, I wish I inherited that amazing penmanship that you and your sisters got, where did I miss that?!
Your comment made me smile Auntie Lori... I only "happened" to be right where the action "was", it doesn't happen all the time! And trust me, even if they did see me there would be no chance of putting me in a scene (unless that is, they were looking for a make-up-less, boho dressed artist who looked like she just woke up on the wrong side of the bed!!) haha :) That did make me smile though, and I am starting to feel a bit better, hopefully I don't wake up again at 3am with nausea...
oh, and by the way- thank you for sending me that art competition- it sounds good! I'll enter it if you do. :) Love you!

Love this idea Lori and it's an awesome quote!
I'm going to Art & Soul this weekend to take a wax painting class with Judy Wise. I wish you were gonna be there too so I could have a friend in class. Hope you're having a good week. :)

for years we had a big chalkboard in the dining room and would write quotes & poems, and often we would have friends visit and add a new one, which always left is with something to ponder. love it!
